Vulcania has been awarded the “Tourisme et Handicap” (Tourism and Disability) label for visitors with visual impairments, and offers a range of adapted services to make your visit as comfortable as possible:
- Free loan of an audio guide (on presentation of proof of identity)
- There are four tactile zones throughout the tour, with captions in Braille and black script and accessible to all (including wheelchair users). Some are equipped with audio terminals (KartelBraille).
- You can discover some of the contents by touch: textures, materials, model of the Chaîne des Puys, meteorite, etc.

Namazu
Dynamic attraction without commentary; the audioguide provides a description of the animation, which can be consulted beforehand, and the commentary on the pre-show helps you understand the animation.
To access Namazu, you need to: bend your knees; hold on with at least 1 hand (2 hands for children) at the front of the vehicle for the duration of the attraction; if necessary, be able to climb a 50-step staircase, walk a distance of 100 m and go down a few steps without the help of a companion.
